I'm trying to separate Software users from Service Desk agents, but if I uncheck Service Desk on the user's profile, it also unchecks software.
Same if I try to Revoke from Application access.
How do I separate them?
It's looks like a group permission issue.
Please go to User Management and click on Application Access. Click on View Configuration.
This screen will show you the default groups for each application. Take a look if the default groups are not the same for both application.
Please remember that you can always create a issue ticket on Atlassian Support.
