Hi,

We recently removed the TinyMCE Editor plugin from our production instance when we upgraded to Jira 5 due to its lack of support. However this has left fields showing HTML tags when the wiki-renderer or default text renderer is chosen.

Has anyone reversed the changes made by the plugin so that HTML tags arent shown? Or are there any alternatives which can be used in its place?

Thanks

In order to revers the changes made by the TinyMCE Editor plugin, we manually edited the database to update the fields that contained HTML code to have {html} at the start and end so that the WIKI Renderer picked up these changes.

The change to the db was instant and didnt need a restart or reindex to be effective.
