Remote JIRA project (not linked)

Hi,

i've 2 JIRA instances. Is there a way, besides linking, to create a "remote project".
I mean I create a project on instance 1 and have a placeholder on instance 2.
Every action I do on instance 2 will executed on instance 1 by rest calls?

I hope that the quesiton is clear and looking forward to hear some thoughts and ideas

All I could find was a tool to copy issues from one instance to another: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jira/jira/2983/copy-jira-issue-to-jira/

Also, Jobin commented Go2Group ConnectAll could do this, see: http://www.go2group.com/en/products/go2group-connectall/
