Hi @Sergio Esquivel

This is possible. What you can do is setup a JQL search filter and then save it. From there you'll be able to subscribe to the filter so that when ever it runs and find tickets that match it will email you or whom ever is subscribed. A simple example would be like.

Go to Issues - Search for Issues - make sure advanced search is enabled then you can enter your jql.

Project = "Software Development" And expiration date >= startOfDay(-7) the -7 can be changed to how ever many days out you would want to be notified for the tickets. And just setup which project you're looking for. As you type it should start auto completing your options that are available.

Hope this helps

Hi @Sergio Esquivel

Alternatively, you can consider reminder Boomerang. This add-on automatically reminds users with a custom message by the added comment to the ticket at the time you need. It lets set such numbers of reminds or each issue as you will need. Also, for each reminder, you can select more than one user.
