Reload content in customer portal page




please i need your help for an issue in jira SM.

I'm using the jira automation to autotransition a ticket when a public comment is added.

So when a public comment is added from an agent , a transition is done for waiting feedback from customer.

When the customer will reply in to the ticket , it will be transitioned again to be analyzed by the agent.

For the second case when the customer add a public comment and the issue take the next status, the ticket cannot be manually transitioned like for Close status because it'as already transitioned to another status but it's not shown it to the content of the web page.

Therefore, when teh customer try to Close the ticket , an error message is shown saying the ticket transitioned because it has been changed or modified.


I'm trying to figure out if we can add a javascript to trigger a reload page for the customer portal view when a customer add a public comment but i don't really use javascript and i'm really novice.


Could you please help me ?
