Release Burndown Chart with Trendlines

I've got a question concerning functionality brought here:

Guys, I've been looking for a solution for a while now - a report that shows an estimation (with trend lines) for a release. To visualize - I need to get chart that would look like that:

We have massive projects with a lot of unestimated issues in backlog. As the client changes priorities and usual re-estimating of backlog takes place, I would greatly appreciate trend lines. One for the „rate of change to the scope of the project” and second one for „initially planned” work.

Of course, the genuine purpose is to find most probable time to release (in sprints, preferably).

For example Collab.nethas a tool that generates reports like that:

And, generally, that’s what I am looking for in JIRA right now.

Many thanks (smile)

@Bartlomiej Kacicki Hey Bart, have you already solved the problem with a release report showing trendlines? I would appreciate a release burndown chart with trendlines as well!

Thanks for any information!
