Regarding pricing of Bit Bucket

We have been using a version control system that is per user-based license pricing. We are planning to migrate to Bit Bucket. I need to know how is the license provided in Bit Bucket. We are already using JIRA. Is it going to be the whole Atlassian suite license or based on the number of users?

Jira and Bitbcuket are separate systems and licenced separately.

(Unless you have an enterprise licence which covers multiple instances for many many users)

Thanks for the reply. Do you have more information about the enterprise license?

And we are planning to move from the current Plastic SCM tool. Hence I wanted to know how Bitbucket is better than the Plastic SCM tool. Is any documentation available on that?

I can't talk about plastic SCM, all I know about it is that most people prefer git to it (and Bitbucket is a git manager)
