Regarding Plugin for JIRA

Dear Team,

Could you please assist us for below queries.

Is there any plugin other than getXRAY available to integrate with JIRA for Test case management. As we see below limitations (Point 1& 2) on GetXRAY shared in reply to this ticket id <49891>
1. Currently, Xray does not trigger any job outside. Xray is only prepared to work the other way round.
2. That being said, it is not possible to reach a local server from the Xray start point.
We are looking for a JIRA plugin if available to address the above limitations of getXRAY

Additionally one more query, Do we have any VPN plugin for JIRA using we can connect any private/local network?
