Receiving "Storage node outage" on our Jira OnDemand Instance

Hi,

We're currently evaluating Jira OnDemand. However, we are receiving the error "Storage node outage".

Anyone else receiving this?

Not a great seller to my bosses as we would deem our Jira environment to be mission critical if we were to migrate onto it!

Yes, I was for a while. Had a Tomcat 503 for a while as well.

It's the first outage we've encountered since we started using Jira OnDemand as far as I know (about 10 months ago).
