We have been evaluating JIRA On-Demand for the past few weeks. We have been trying different options, schemes, workflows, permissions etc etc to understand the concepts. Now we would like to wipe out all data and start all over. Any suggestions?
The Atlassian help desk can wipe it out,
"If you wish, we can wipe out all the data from your OnDemand instance. It'll be as brand new. Just keep in mind that this will delete all of your users as well. "
Or, if the system is small enough, you can simple delete all issues and projects.
The easiest way is to ask the AOD support ( https://support.atlassian.com ) for clearing the database or resetting the instance.
Also, you can use the JIRA import wizard and use a blank jira backup (you can generate it from a clear instance installed on a locval server). This could be faster, but probably a little bit more complex to find the needed data.
Cheers, Tihomir.

Thanks Tihomir.
I did submit a question to the AOD, and their response is below...
