We are trying to import our old service desk system requests into JIRA Service Desk. The exported CSV that was generated was successfully able to get the request description (originally sent as an email) and place it in the CSV. However, it's all HTML formatted. JIRA Service Desk imports that field exactly as is with all the HTML code which is very messy and almost unusable.
Is there a way to allow the JIRA Service Desk description box to read the HTML tags and hide them rather than just show me the raw tags?
