Recently jira deactivated our site because of payment details. I already updated the billing details but it seems that support is not working on it and we are having a hard time since we are using Jira for our projects. Any one knows how long it usually takes to reactivate a site? and how can I expedite the process. Thanks

Since you provided payment details, I assume you are not on a free plan. Having said that, I recommend you reach out to support directly via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
The Community forum here is mainly driven by volunteer people who cannot access your site directly.
