RapidBoard title menu lost with 9/10 update

Before the 9/10 update, our RapidBoard title was a drop-down menu allowing users to quickly navigate between projects. Since that time, the title is plain text. Unfortunately, the administrator who initially configured this menu has left the company. How might the release have changed this functionality, and how can I restore it?

As you said, you previously navigated between rapid boards by clicking on the title of the current board and selecting from the dropdown. Now, to navigate between boards, click on the arror next to the word "Agile". You'll see up to 5 of the most recently accessed boards, plus the word "more" which you can click to see all rapid boards that you have access to.
