Rapid board is not showing issue until comment is made

Hi,

we have the problem that an issue type is not shown in the rapid board until a comment is made in the issue.

Any clue how to fix this?

May be problem with your indexing, did u try reindex

Yes we tried this as well which also not solved the problem.
