In any given column on a JIRA board, is it possible to have JIRA automatically rank a ticket by age?
Either have the order of tickets adjust so the oldest are always on top or have them change color or priority based on age in that column.
My ultimate goal is to ensure any one ticket in a column isn’t sitting in there for too long.
