Random problem with subtask

We have a user when create a Subtask on her Task, the subtask not show on the breadcrumb the Task, only the Subtask.

Hi Jamie,

Jira 6.4.4 is the Version.

This happen when the task pass the Open to In Progess. We use Post Functions, for example:

'CAT' in cfValues['Languages to']*.value

When we have a Task and pass a transition to In Progress sometime (random) no tcreate the Sub-Task.

You use a post-function to create the sub-task, with the condition above. Is that what you're saying?

What version of jira? 

How were the subtasks created, presumably through code otherwise you wouldn't have put the script runner label?
