RPC Plugin in cloud version

I try to connect JIRA (https://MyCompany.atlassian.net) from my local SVN client "TortoiseSVN" (Vers. 1.9.2). TortoiseSVN cannot connect to this url. It always return a error message. I saw that there is no rpc plugin installed in my JIRA Cloud. Or must i use another URL to connect to my Jira?

JIRA Cloud only has REST for the external clients.  RPC was deprecated years ago, and removed in JIRA 6.4 (Cloud is effectively 7.2). You'll need to get a version of Tortoise that understands how to talk to it over REST
