Quick Filter that Contradicts Saved Filter

I created a filter for my board that does not bring back any tickets marked with a specific label. I also created a quick filter only to show those tickets when needed. However, because the quick filter contradicts the board filter, it is not bringing back anything.

Is there a way that I can get the quick filter to show tickets with a specific label that is not displayed by the board filter?

Edit: To make things as clear as possible, the board filter is filtering with "labels != DRAFT OR labels is EMPTY" courtesy of this answer, and the quick filter is trying to use "labels = DRAFT."

Hi Janes,

the board filter is the primary filter and the quick filter is a 'sub-filter'. In other words, if the primary filter excludes issues you cannot use the sub-filter to override that and display issues filtered out by the primary.
