Queues question -Upgraded with 8.12 Jira service desk. Getting issues while adding queues.
Somehow building the queues are not at all user friendly. It just does not go to Basic from Advanced and from Advanced to Basic. Has anyone seen this problem?
@Deepali, I have administration access to a few instances running 8.12, and I'm not seeing this behavior.
Additionally, I'm not seeing any bugs relating to this logged in the Atlassian public Jira. Have you tried to raise a support ticket already?
