Queues column not visible



Hi Team,

I have created queues in Service desk project. Once i am trying to edit that queue as Admin, I am not able to edit its columns, It is showing only a blank line. Please let me know the work around.

Sounds like something is broken with the JS on the page. Does it happen in all browsers? Does restarting the JIRA instance make it go away? It could be a problem with something in the caches and restarting would clear the caches. Do you have a dev environment where this can be reproduced? If so, you may try disabling other add-ons to see if there may be some conflict causing this. Do you have any JS in your announcement banner which may conflict with our code? If the issue persists, you may want to open up a support ticket: https://support.atlassian.com/



I have checked all the scenarios , All things are fine.
