Question: two dimensional report, jql

Rumpa Giri August 3, 2014

1) We would like to generate a two dimensional report per assignee where
X-Axis = Project
Y-Axis = Jan ~ Dec

Each cell shows - the rolled up value of how many tickets have been resolved per month.

2) Need help creating a JQL - where I can see how many times an issue have been re-opened after its first resolution or reaching a certain state.

Thank you,

Rumpa Giri

There is a similar report here - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.codedoers.jira.smart-reports/server/overview . With Smart Reports you can generate 2-dimensional reports.

You'll need to write an Atlassian "connect" plugin to provide that sort of report.

You can do it with derived fields too, but there's no way to do those in OnDemand.
