Question on licensing for JIRA MISC Custom Fields

When I go to the link https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.innovalog.jmcf.jira-misc-custom-fields for JIRA MISC Custom Fields and click on license, it takes me to a new page that says it is BSD 2 - Clause License.

This new page is at http://opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php

We cannot determine if the author or publisher of the code has actually applied BSD license to the code.

Could you please provide us the licensing information for this plug-in?
