Question on comment field in JIRA?

Is it possible to label fields inside comment field?

Suppose, If we map multiple fields(for ex. resolution closure, closed-ID) to comment field, Can we able to label those fields(resolution closure, Closed-ID) inside comment field?

why do you want to do that?

i don't think it is possible in jira!!

if you want to copy those two values to comment field then write a postfunction

If we map multiple fields to comment field, we are not able to identify specific field value(is it resolution closure or closed-ID). So If we labeled these fields, It would be easy to get value of specific field and also to query using these fields.

how you query if you add those fields included inside comment field?

it will be good to have separate fields for resolution closure, closed-ID
