Query "last executor" field?

I just discovered this 'transition table' at the bottom of Activity > All list on the issue details screen. Is there any way to query the fields that appear in this table? http://screencast.com/t/jBwXnnbnUK

That's what i was afraid of - bummed there's not an easier way as writing my own JQL function or querying sql are not options. But thanks for the input!
