Query on Total Resolution Time in Resolution Time Report
Could you please help - how this Total Resolution Time in Resolution Time Report is getting calculated.
Example in image below for the month March Total Resolution Time is 218 - which is am unclear how it is possible! We have started using this just may be 3 months ago!
