Query not showing up in the backlog

Hi,

I have a question from an end user below.  Hoping I can receive some guidance.  Thanks in advance.

Board query shows the AFTDC JIRA's, however they are not showing up in the backlog

FTDC query has "project in ("Aspen First Time Data Capture") OR project in (sbcf, "Snowbird Diagnostics", "Snowbird NVMe", "SBPF (Snowbird Platform)", "Snowbird FTL", "SBFMFW (Snowbird FM Firmware Dev)", "Snowbird TDD") AND labels = FTDC ORDER BY key ASC, Rank ASC"

When I run this query, it shows the AFTDC JIRAs, however they are not showing up in the backlog

Ensure the statuses used by AFTDC issues are correctly mapped to any columns. Otherwise they won't appear in your board.

Are you sure that the missing from the backlog issues are not included in a sprint?
