Purchased and upgraded to commercial license and now Automations do not work

Hi - Prior to purchasing our commercial license, we upgraded from v. 1.3.3 to 1.3.4 and lost our rules in the process (CBS-637 - sorry for not responding guys!). We then purchased our license and recreated some of our rules, but I couldn't get anything to run. I setup as basic of a rule as I could (see below) and that is not working either. I've read a couple of other posts, but didn't really see any solutions. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

That doesn't look like the built-in JSD automation. The latest version of automation rule page should look like this:
