*non-software guy here playing with Python so please go easy*
I am experimenting with simple data pulls of Service Desk metrics in Python using the Python package.
I understand how to send JQL queries to implement filters (eg by date, issue type etc) and get back the data I need. What I am drawing a blank on is how to pull SLA time metrics series, eg "Time to Resolution (% met)"
Basically I want to pull the data that is behind this series:
I am drawing a complete blank on this in the Atlassian documentation and on Google.
