Public signup JIRA Service desk

I to have more information when a customer sign up for an account in JIRA Service desk. Is it possible to add more fields in to the sign up form?

No, sign up form is not configurable. There is a REST API to create customer in JSD cloud (and coming in next JSD server major release). Combined with user properties you can build your own sign up form with additional fields. Please share the use case so we can understand better what you're trying to achieve smile.
