Proxy Error appear

Hi Expert,

When I try take step to jira backup in xml format then appear "Proxy Error".

Could you please tell me why appear this error and how can I fix this error?

That log is from 2010 though...mind attaching a newer set of logs?

Proxy-related, perhaps? If you have any proxies enabled, you might want to try bypassing them and see if it still happens.
