Dear Jira Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the ongoing maintenance of the Jira system. The maintenance has been taking much longer than expected, and this delay is significantly affecting our work, as we are unable to access critical functions necessary for our daily operations.
Could you please provide an update on the estimated completion time? This prolonged downtime is causing disruptions and hindering our project progress. We would appreciate a resolution as soon as possible.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Dikatio
It looks like that site was recently suspended due to a payment issue. Looking at the site now, it seems like it has been reactivated though, since your last post here. I expect the site should be up and available now.
Please let me know if you still cannot reach it.
Andy
Tip (absolutely no mockery in any sense, meaning or otherwise!)
This outage period would be a great time for you to write-up a business case to your supervisor, describing your exact needs.
Dare to put the costs of a 99% up-time service next to the loss in value you're experiencing right now. It will show them that in order to make money, you need to spend some too.
Good luck in formulating your needs
Dick

welcome to the Atlassian Community. This is a place where users help other users - and also Atlassians assist as well.
Am I assuming it correct that you're here because you use a free Jira Cloud instance and got redirected to the Atlassian Community for help? If not, try to open a ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact
If that doesn't work, feel free to share your Jira instance url here - and I'll try to pull an Atlassian in to provide help to you.
In addition: Can you describe your problem in more detail? What do you see when you want to view your Jira instance? Maybe a screenshot? Maybe, it's still a problem where other users can help.
Cheers,
Matthias.
