Project permission scheme doesn't restrict on close issue

Hi,

I have set close issue permission to only Group (administrators) in project permission scheme. But everyone in this project can still close a issue. Did I miss some steps? Thanks.

You need to look at the workflow conditions as well. The permission scheme is actually a list of possible flags that allow people to do things, but if your workflow does not actually use them, then they have no effect.

Open up the workflow editor, find the "close" transition, and read its "conditions" - I expect you'll find it doesn't have any, or at least is missing "only allow people with the close permission to do this"
