Project import query

Hi All

I have a query

When you perform a project import (on jira) does the licence user tier must match as a pre-requisite on source and destination JIRA instances?

Is there any other problems which may come if i try to project import / total restore from a JIRA instance which is unlimited on to a JIRA instance which is 2000 users?

License doesn't matter as long as you are not importing more users in the target JIRA.

Users will be imported if they are active in the project that is being imported (as assignee, reporter etc). So, it depends really on the active users in the project and whether they will go beyond the license limit in target JIRA or not.
