I resolved this issue myself:

Since I am using Custom user groups (not default jira-* groups), projects created afresh had problem with default Roles. I changed default Roles and all fixed.

Hi Shahriyar,

Do you have permissions to browse the project you're currently creating a Kanban board for?

Is this happening for all boards you try to maken (Both scrum and kanban)?

It seems to be a permission problem, so I would check the permissions of the corresponding projects and your general permissions. More information about JIRA Agile permissions can be found here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILE/JIRA+Agile+-+JIRA+Configuration#JIRAAgile-JIRAConfiguration-Permissions

Best regards,

Peter
