Project administrator not able to change project lead.

Hi, 
JIRA Server : 7.2.6

As a project administrator one should be able to edit and change the project lead. 
However, in our instance there is a bug with this behavior. 

Instead of changing the project lead, the following error message is shown: 
"You must have global administrator rights in order to modify the project key".

This bug was also tracked here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-60081?src=confmacro
and was resolved as fixed, but clearly it hasn't been resolved.

it is fixed in Version 7.2.7 as you can see in the ticket. You are on 7.2.6

Have a closer look at the bug you've found - it states what version the bug was fixed in.
