Project & Issue Type: How to add description?

Is there a method to added descrption text below the fields "Project" and "Issue Type".

I can't find these things in Field Configuration, so I believe I would have to just JavaScript to add text to "project-field" and "issuetype-field"

Has anyone done it before and can share how?

The attached screenshot is what I mean.

The red area is what I want to write to. For Project and Issue Type, I cannot find it in Field configuration where I can add a discription.

For other fields, such as Version, I can find the field configuration, and therefore I can add in a description.

Hi Bernard, coud please specify where do you want add description. Because if you point on issue - description will appear automatically
