Project Import Error

Hi guys,

I have tried to import project issues from a csv file and I am getting the following error:

Unexpected failure occurred. Importer will stop immediately. Data may be in an unstable state: com.atlassian.jira.issue.search.SearchException: Attempted to perform non-db capable search in Vertigo mode: Attempted to perform non-db capable search in Vertigo mode

Do you have any clues on why this is happening?

Notes:

- I was able to execute the same procedure multiples times before with a positive import result;

- All csv fields were properly mapped.

Hi Mauro,

It sounds like you're running a Cloud instance and you're running into the bug reported at JRACLOUD-67001.  Due to the error you're getting I would suggest putting in a ticket with the Cloud team so they can help you sort that out on the backend or provide you more details as to when a resolution is expected.
