Problems with scriptrunner after update to Jira 7.1.2

Jonas Fitz November 8, 2016

Hello together,

I have huge problems with all our Scripts, that are used in Workflow Transitions. It seems that Scriptrunner can no longer  resolve classes. Our scripts are calling functions from other Scripts. All scripts are stored in C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\scripts.

Version of Adaptavist ScriptRunner for JIRA is 4.3.11.

Does anybody know what is the problem here

I've updated to the newest scriptrunnner Version on our Testsystem and the problem still occurs. This is a very bad performance and we can not hope that everything will work because it must work.

It is very important for us to have testresults and error messages that are reliable.

Thanks in advance for your support

Hi Jonas,

Did you try to actually run the scripts and failed (STC is not always right) ? In our next release (which will be very soon) we address a lot of these false alarms, please start watching SRPLAT-10 for updates.

On the other hand if those errors actually affect the functionality please raise a support request at https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portals

regards, Thanos
