We are having problems with the displaying the field Story Point in JIRA Software 7.6.2 in Sprint Report & Burn Down Chart
Problem description 1
1. Person 1 (Ruben) enters value “5” at issue ETSYS-716 in field “Story Points”
--> Estimation is displayed correct in Sprint Report and in Burn Down Chart for all users
2. Person 2 (Matthias) edit value from “5” to “10” at issue ETSYS-716 in field “Story Points”--> Estimation is displayed wrong in Sprint Report and in Burn Down Chart
3. Person 3 (Michael) sees now the value “-“ in Sprint Report and in Burn Down Chart for this issue
Problem description 2
1. Person 1 (Ruben) enters value “10” at issue ETSYS-1755 and ETSYS-1756 infield “Story Points”
--> Estimation is displayed correct in Sprint Report and in Burn Down Chart for all users
2. Person 1 (Ruben) edit value from “10“to “4” at both issues in field “Story Points”
--> Estimation is displayed wrong in Sprint Report and in Burn Down Charti
-> Person 2 (Michael) sees the old value “10“ in Sprint Report and in Burn Down Chartfor this issuei
-> Person 1 (Ruben) sees the new value “4“ in Sprint Report and in Burn Down Chart for this issue
Please help to understand this behaviour or solve this issue.
