Problems migrating attachment with CSV

I've migrated issues with CSV files but I have problems with attachements, specially with images.
I've follow all that this documentation says:

And the result is the one I post with the screenshot.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello Sofia,

You are following the correct article indeed for attachments import via CSV, but it looks like still you have issues with the import. It could be any reason and the most common one is the date format. Can you check if the date format you have selected during the import matches the one you have in any column having a date inside the CSV file?

If this doesn't solve your issue, I would suggest you raise a ticket with us by going to https://support.atlassian.com and provide us the CSV file and configuration file for further investigation.
