Problemas con el campo resolución

Desde ayer, cada vez que creo una incidencia, está se crea como solucionada en el campo Resolución y no en pendiente de resolver como hasta ahora.


Esto dificulta mucho la tarea ya que si quiero filtrar las incidencias abiertas, las generadas desde ayer no figuran en el listado, por estar "solucionadas"


Me podéis ayudar?
