Problem with script runner installation

I'm trying to install new add-on (script runner) and for one week I get the same error: 

Problem accessing add-on file at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner/version/1226.

Is there a way to install this plugin?

Hi you can download script runner manually and try to upload the file using UPM. And the groovy plugin is merge into script runner so search for script runner plugin and download the jar file.
