Problem with Tempo Account in Tempo plugin ( Jira )

Hi Guys.

I'm using JIRA and Tempo Plugin.

I have project SUPPORT for my custommers, where one of the fields is Account (Tempo Account).

The problem is my custommers can see all options - not only specified for them.

Is there any way to customize it?

How can I sove this problem.

Hi Mik,

Users that can edit issues will see all accounts that are mapped to the project. It will also see all accounts that are global.

So basically you should limit the accounts available to your project with project mapping or hide the field as Sverrir suggested.

If these suggestions are not suitable for your use case, then you can request a feature to hide the account field for non-Tempo users in our issue tracker.
