Problem with Sprints

Hi, after a power failure, all our current sprints is empty, the back log is empty as well, if you take the call number and search for it, the call can be viewed. On the classic board no calls are listed. All newly added sprints are added and can be fiewed. How do we get the old ones to display correctly?

Hi Johann

It looks like your indexes are broken due to the power failure. Try to reindex following these steps:

# Stop JIRA

# Remove the contents of the <JIRA-home>/caches/indexes/

# Start JIRA

# Run a re-index

When re-indexing, users will not able to use JIRA until indexing is complete. Indexing time is dependent on how large your database is. Please make according allowances for downtime before starting this procedure.

If this does not resolve the issue, please submit a new a Support Zip to Atlassian Support to investigate any possible errors in the logs.
