Problem with AddOn version sync

I am having the error message below with addon Version Sync after select add project link:
The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation.
Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser.
The vendor support (Collabsoft) doesn't answer my ticket.

 

Some idea to resolve this problem?

Hi Sergio.

This is a very generic error message. So my first recommendation would be contact Atlassian Support and sent your log files to be analyzed by a support engineer to get more details about the root cause of this problem

Also, the common recomendations in this case without looking at the logs would be:

  1. Try do unistall and reinstall the plugin
  2. Delete the cache data associated to the plugin in $JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins/
  3. Check the vendor issue tracker(https://collabsoft.atlassian.net/) for user with similar errors
