Problem upgrading to Jira Software

I have to valid licenses of JIRA and JIRA Agile, and last year i tried JIRA service desk, today I upgrade to JIRA Software and I have the next error:

The next licenses are to old to install this version fo JIRA (7.0.0): JIRA Service Desk.

 

What can I do?

Start by checking the end-date of your licences - I suspect you'll find they expired before yesterday.

If that is not the case, I'd contact Atlassian support immediately, on https://support.atlassian.com

Hi @Ruben Lacasa

You can try to proceed with evaluation/trial option and then update the license at the Versions and Licensing page once you are able to login JIRA.
