our issue collectors are on a publicly accessible page. The idea is that our team members across three countries would not need access to Jira. That would just create an unnecessary layer of confusion for them.
However, the help "?" next to the Priority levels dropdown links to a page that's behind Jira's login. Is there some way to remove this "help", or have it point to someplace else? Jira has publicly accessible help page that explains the same stuff.
Apparently our employees are pretty thorough as this has come up several times with only 50-ish bugs reported.
