Is plugin priced for a whole year or monthly?

Will plugin be helpful in migrating project comments, attachments, activity and project configurations from instance to instance?

Is real time support available in US time zones?

Should plugin be purchased for both instances?

Server add-ons, includuing Project Configurator, are listed in the Atlassian Marketplace with annual pricing. 

Yes, the plugin would be very helpful in migrating project comments, attachments, activity and project configurations from instance to instance. 

Support for Project Configurator is available Mon - Fri 8:30AM - 6:00PM CEST (Central European Summer Time): http://awnaba.com/support-and-documentation/

Our service level agreement to our customers is that any request related to any kind of problems they may encounter while operating Project Configurator will be responded not later than the next business day (and usually in a few hours).

The plugin only needs to be purchased for the product you are importing into.

Will you guys help/assist/walk through on how to use add-on for migration from start to finish?

And just to be dead clear, we have projects in instance A and those needed to migrate into B instance, so plugin should be installed in instance B, right?

Yes, we will assist you through the whole process. Please submit your inquiries directly through our support portal for the fastest assistance. 

That is correct. Only the instance you want to import to needs the Project Configurator add-on. Exporting from JIRA is free and does not require it.

Just wanted to clarify one thing. The plugin does need to be installed on both instances, however you only need to have a license for the instance you are importing into. The one you are exporting from does not need to have a license, but does need to have Project Configurator installed. Sorry for any confusion!
