JIRA Servicedesk Cloud Edition:
Does it mean, that if I have 3 agents who works on tickets, and 100 customers, is it sufficient to buy the subscription for up to 3 agents ? (in other words, there is no limitation on the amount of customers)
Yes, customers do not need licences (They will if you want them to log into JIRA and see projects and issues, rather than just their service requests)
