Let me how to Pre-populate the value from JQL function to the custom field ?

You don't.  It's in the docs, but there's a lot to go through before you see it, so I'm not surprised you missed it.  The results of these issueFunctions only exist in the issue navigator, they're not fields.

However, as you have ScriptRunner, you can do it as a field.  Write a scripted field that adds up the two numbers for a result.  Then you can use that directly in the issue navigator, and search on it,
